Execution Standards for Titanium Tubes

Chinese National Standards 


GB/T 3624 - 2010: It stipulates the dimensions, appearance, weight and allowable deviations, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and other contents of seamless titanium and titanium alloy tubes


GB/T 3625 - 2007: It is applicable to cold-rolled (cold-drawn) seamless titanium and titanium alloy tubes as well as welded tubes, and puts forward requirements on the manufacturing methods, size specifications, chemical compositions, mechanical properties and other aspects of titanium tubes. 


American Standards 


ASTM B337: It covers the standard specifications for seamless titanium and titanium alloy tubes and welded tubes, including requirements for the chemical compositions, mechanical properties, dimensional tolerances, processing techniques and so on of the materials. 


ASTM B338: It mainly focuses on seamless titanium and titanium alloy tubes and welded tubes used for condensers and heat exchangers, and clarifies various technical indicators and inspection methods of titanium tubes in specific application fields.
